Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. During launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery
Available delivery methods and the final cost are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking reference to the email address used for the order.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing payment. If an address needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
